Product description

The inner tube for automobile busing is an important part that removes vibration of the vehicles. As a layer of rubber material is attached on the outside and a shaft is connected on the inside, the part needs to have a high level of compression strength and of a light weight. 6061 or 6082 alloys are used as the material.

Product process

Admission of the raw materials → Cutting → Pressing → Chamfering on both sides → Processing → Inspection → Shipping

Our welding line, which is capable of reducing the cost significantly by adopting a process in which the jar-type inner tubes are produced using press processes and the pipe extrusion technology with fine tissues (casting and high precision extrusion technology)
